    When did we Move?

    Friday 17th August 2018.

    We closed our KEW VIC 3101 Shop on Thursday 16th August 2018 at 1:00 pm and re-opened at our new location in BRAESIDE VIC 3195 on Monday 20th August 2018 at 8:00 am.

    Has our Phone Number Changed?

    The best number going forward to reach us on is our 1300 NAPPY SHOP number (1300 627 797). We will have our original KEW phone number: 03 9817 2661 redirected for a short time however we encourage you to update The Nappy Shop phone number in your contacts to 1300 627 797.

    Is there any change to our Same Day Delivery Service?

    Yes, we have made some slight changes to our same day delivery suburb list and changed the cut off time for guaranteed same day delivery to 11:00 am Monday to Friday. For orders placed after 11:00 am delivery will be same or next day at the latest.

    If your suburb is no longer on our same day delivery list, being at our new location, so far 95% of Melbourne Metro orders were delivered the Same Day that they were dispatched so if your not on our guaranteed Same Day Delivery there is still a very good chance you will get it same day!

    Is there any change to our Same Day Dispatch?

    Yes, for same day dispatch orders placed by 10:00 am AEST will be dispatched same day Monday to Friday.

    Can I still Shop In-Store and Pick Up Orders?

    Yes, we welcome you to come and visit us and shop at our brand-new Nappy Warehouse! We have Eftpos facilities in-store and accept all credit cards as well as AfterPay. You're also welcome to click and collect or phone and collect your orders.

    Have our Opening Hours Changed?

    Yes, our Nappy Warehouse will be open from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday to Friday. 

    Why did we Move?

    The Nappy Shop has flourished more than we could have ever imagined back in 2003 when we first opened our doors.

    We sadly outgrew our location in Kew, so after 15 years at our beloved and iconic Nappy Shop on Burke Rd, KEW the time came to relocate to a bigger better brand-new Nappy Warehouse in the distribution hub of Melbourne. 

    We couldn't have got this far in our journey without your continued support so we would like to also take this opportunity to thank you for shopping at The Nappy Shop in-store and on-line, and we encourage you to keep enjoying our reliable home delivery service by shopping online if you can't make it to shop personally at our new location.
