Monday to Friday 9am -
5pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm, closed Sundays and public holidays.
*Free Home Delivery Details:
The Nappy Shop
offers free home delivery, same or next day, Monday to Friday,
to most suburbs in the Melbourne Metropolitan area for a minimum
order of two boxes of nappies. There is a $8 surcharge
should you require a single box or only accessories delivered.
In some instances it may be necessary to use a courier to
deliver your order. If this is the case please allow a little
extra time.
Please note: To ensure same day delivery
(within the nappy shop delivery radius) make sure you get
your order in by 11.30am Monday to Friday.
Delivery throughout country
Victoria, interstate and suburbs not in our
delivery radius will attract a small postage
fee and will be sent via Australia Post. Please
contact us for a postage quote.
Payment is preferred by
credit card (Visa or MasterCard) however
alternative methods of payment may be accepted by prior
arrangement.
There is no need to
wait around for your delivery. We quietly leave the
nappies on the porch or doorstep as discretely as
possible. If you have a locked gate or security
entrance, arrangements can be made to deliver at a time
when you are home.
If you order the wrong
size we will happily exchange any unopened boxes for a
$8.00 redelivery fee. Alternatively you can return
them to the shop.
