Q. I live in a suburb within The Nappy Shop delivery Radius and received a delivery 3 weeks ago of a bulk (3 x 56) Bambo Nature Midi 5-10kg Nappies.  My baby has had a growth spurt and grown out of the Bambo Nature Midi 5-10kg.  I have an unopened packet (1 x 56) can I exchange it with my next delivery? Will there be a delivery fee?

A. Yes, you may exchange the packet of 56 Bambo Midi 5-10kg nappies or any unopened unused products with your next order.  You will not be charged a delivery fee as long as you meet the free delivery requirement (free delivery for orders over $149).  If your order is under $149 it will be a $10 delivery fee.  If you will not be home at time of delivery please ensure you leave the products you are exchanging on the porch or door step.

Q. I live in a suburb Not in The Nappy Shop delivery radius and I want to exchange 1 box of Huggies Toddler Boy (144) Nappies with my next delivery as my Boy has grown out of that size. (they are not open and in their original condition)  How can  I do this?
