A "Top up Shipping" payment may be required before your order is dispatched if:

1. Minimum requirement for Free Delivery is not met.
2. The delivery address provided is NOT in an area listed in the Delivery Information Table.

How it works

You will receive an email informing you of the Shipping amount you need to pay along with a  link to The Nappy Shop website “top up shipping”  payment page.

You will then need to select the advised Shipping amount and proceed through to our secure credit card gateway ANZ eGate to make payment.

As soon as the  "top up shipping" payment is made your order will be dispatched.

Please note:  If the appropriate Shipping Payment is not made within seven days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.  If you wish NOT to go ahead with the order,  please notify us and we will refund the initial order immediately.

Future orders
Use the “top up shipping” process to add the appropriate amount to your shopping cart.  This will avoid having to make a separate "top up payment" and also avoid the delay in dispatching your order.
